We work hard to find the cheapest car hire prices on the internet so that you never
have to pay full price for car rental anywhere in Australia.
SO...THE GOOD NEWS IS....
IF you have a car hire reservation booked via
DIY Car Hire, and after completing your rental you find that you have been
charged more than we quoted you (excluding items that are not included in the quote
- e.g. the credit card fee, optional extras, insurance related matters, etc), and
provided that:
- the hire is completed as per the original quote,
- with the same rental conditions, and
- there are no extenuating circumstances (e.g. car requiring re-fuelling, damage to
vehicle, etc).
IF you complete the original reservation that you made through
us...
...We will REFUND you the difference between our offer and the
final charge.
All you need to do is provide us with:
- Your Booking Reference Number booked via the diycarhire web site, and
-
A copy of the receipt from the rental car company showing the amount that you have
been charged.
Our highly trained car hire sleuth (a.k.a. DIY Dog) will investigate the situation
and if there truly has been an over-charge we will refund the difference between
our quote and the charge.
Please Note - We can only pay the difference at the completion
of your car rental with us.
